Wash and Fold Questions
Wash and Fold is available anytime the laundromat or dry cleaner is attended.
Typical turn around for wash and fold is next day after 3pm. Dry cleaning is a 2-3 day turn around. Let our attendants know if you need something sooner!
Yes. Colors are washed separately from whites. We can add your favorite laundry booster at your request. Please do identify items that you wish to dry clean.
Yes. Let our attendant know and we can add general notes to your account so you get your laundry the way you like it, every time. Extra wash, rinse, laundry boosters, hypoallergenic soap, starch, etc. can be specified.
Yes! When you drop off your dry cleaning mixed with your wash and fold, please identify what you'd like dry cleaned and what you prefer laundered. Some of our clients love their shirts laundered and pressed, others prefer dry cleaned and pressed. Tell us how you'd like it done!
No! We are here to make your laundry easier for you. Drop everything off at the location you'd prefer to pick it up from and we'll handle all the legwork for you. Want to drop your clothes but don't want to pick them up? We'll even deliver your order for you!
Pickup and Delivery Questions
Create an account online and place your first order. You'll find we are competitively priced and VERY convenient!
No, you don't. Tell us where the driver can find your dirty laundry and where we should leave your clean laundry when we return it.
Hanging items such as shirts, blouses and slacks are hung and protected by a plastic garment bag. Everything else is folded and packaged.
Orders received before 6pm will generally be picked up the next business day.
